7. What about your returns policy?

Our returns policy is simple. Within 30 days of receipt of your order, you may return

  • any Non-Magic item in its original condition.
  • any damaged Magic Book, Magic Video or Magic Trick. Due to the secretive nature of this type of material we our unable to accept returns of non-damaged Magic related products.

for a full refund. We also do our utmost to ensure that all orders are in good condition when shipped. This means that if you receive a damaged shipment it was most likely damaged during shipment.

You can track the status of any order you have placed with Thats-Impossible.com. If you have not received a shipping confirmation email that includes your UPS shipping tracking number you may contact us at orders with any questions regarding your order. USPS tracking is dependent on the shipping option you choose.

9. Do you sell international-format videos and dvds ?

All of the DVDs and videos sold by Thats-Impossible.com generally follow the NTSC format. This is the video format used in North America. These DVDs and videos will not play on most machines in Europe or other countries that use PAL, SECAM, or other video standards.

Most our our dvds are region free, which means they will work on NTSC dvd players anywhere in the world.
