Gift Certificates

Thats-Impossible.com gift certificates can be ordered in amounts of: $10.00, $25.00, $50.00, $100.00, and $200.00. They can be delivered via either e-mail or physical mail anywhere in the world, and there are no shipping charges for sending them. You may have them personalized and sent directly to the recipient, or you may have them sent to yourself, for you to present in person.

Buying a gift certificate is easy:

  1. Go to our Gift Center page or are various product pages.
  2. Click on the link "Order a gift certificate."
  3. Fill out the order form. And that's it! Of course, we'll send you confirmation of your order.

Redeeming a gift certificate is easy, too.

To place a new order and redeem your gift certificate, just follow these simple steps:

  1. Place your order like normal.

  2. Print out your invoice (You will need the invoice # for step 3).

  3. Go to the Gift Certificate Redemption Form.

  4. We will subtract the amount of the Gift Certificate from the pre-authorization amount on your credit card. This new amount is what will be charged to your credit card when the order ships.

  5. We will send you a confirmation email that we have applied the Gift Certificate to your order. This will also indicate any remaining balance to your Gift Certificate.

Please don't hesitate to contact us if you have any questions.

The fine print:

  • Gift certificates must be redeemed through our Web site, http://www.thats-impossible.com, toward the purchase of products listed in Thats-Impossilbe.com's online catalog and sold by Thats-Impossible.com. They cannot be redeemed for third-party merchants accessible from our site.
  • Gift certificates are not redeemable for cash.
  • Any unused balance will be placed in the recipient's gift certificate account.
  • If your order exceeds the amount of your gift certificate, you must pay for the balance with a credit card.
  • Gift certificates and unused portions of gift certificates expire one year from the date of issue or on the earliest date permitted under applicable law, whichever occurs later.
  • Sorry, we cannot replace lost or stolen gift certificates. If you have any questions, send us e-mail at CustomerService

Lost your gift-certificate claim code? No problem. You can always send us e-mail at CustomerService, and we'll help you get a new code.

No sales tax is charged when buying gift certificates; purchases paid for with gift certificates, however, will be charged sales tax if shipped to addresses within the state of Texas.
