Returns Policy

Within 30 days of receipt of your order, you may return any of the following items for a full refund:

• any Non-Magic Collectable in its original condition.
• any damaged Magic Book, Magic Video, Magic DVD or Magic Trick. Due to the secretive nature of this type of material we our unable to accept returns of non-damaged Magic related products.

Please note that we can process returns and refunds only for items purchased from Thats-Impossible.com.

Returns Are Easy

Returning Non-Magic Collectables and damaged: Magic Books, Magic Videos, Magic DVDsMagic Tricks.

Note: Our Returning of Damaged Product Policy only covers manufacturers defects and items that were shipped insured and were damaged during shipment. All orders shipped via UPS are insured. All orders over $100 shipped via USPS are insured. All other orders are not normally insured and we are not responsible for damage or loss during shipment.

Note: Due to the high cost of international shipping, we are able to offer reduced flat rate shipping on some items. Unfortunately we are not able to offer insurance on this shipping method and the customer assumes total responsibility for packages lost or damaged items upon our providing proof of shipment.

Refunds
We will notify you via e-mail of your refund once we have received and processed the returned item. Please note that we can refund shipping costs only if the return is a result of our error.
