T-I Shipping Rates and Policies

Thats-Impossible.com can ship to virtually any address in the world. Below you will find information on associated rates, transit times, shipping restrictions, and customs laws.

General Shipping Information

We use UPS and the US Postal Service for our shipping. Please see our policy on foreign shipping under the International Addresses area below. Shipping charges are calculated as follows:

  • UPS Shipping Charge = UPS Charge + Handling Fee
  • USPS Shipping Charge (Foreign Orders) = USPS Charge + Handling Fee

Our Checkout System automatically links to UPS and USPS to determine the shipping charge.

Handing Fee is automatically included in the shipping charge you see during checkout. It helps to cover the cost of shipping materials, etc. The Fee ranges from $2.00 - $3.00 depending on our costs.

Please note that we are unable to ship UPS to PO Boxes.

How much will my shipping cost?

This really depends on your location and the shipping method you choose. We offer several methods of shipment including Media Mail, Priority Mail, UPS Ground and UPS 2nd Day Air.

Once you have your desired items in your shopping basket, you can start the checkout process and the system will provide you with the actual shipping charges prior to your actually having to place your order.

When will my order arrive?

We make every effort to ship your order within 1 - 2 business days of receiving the order. Occassionally, we will be out of stock on particular items. Usually we will have these items back in stock within 3 - 5 business days.

To find out when you will receive an item, you need to consider the availability of the items you are ordering as well as the shipping option you select. Here's the equation we use:

Longest Item Availability + Shipping Time = Total Delivery Time

For example, many items on our site have 24-48 hour availability. If you select UPS Standard Shipping for U.S. shipments, your shipping time will be 3 to 7 business days, depending on where you live. This means your total delivery time will be 1- 2 days (availability) + 3 to 7 days (shipping time). So you can expect to receive this item at your front door 4 to 9 days after you place your order.

What if my order includes several items with different availabilities?
Great question. You should use the longest availability time in your order. That's because multiple-item orders are held for shipment until all items are available. (For instance, if you order three items, and two have an availability of 24 hours while one has an availability of 2 to 3 days, your order will ship in 2 to 3 days.)

If the availability of items from a multiple-item order differs by more than 48 hours we will email you asking if you want us to ship as items become available.

Choosing Next Day Air means my order will arrive tomorrow, right?
Not usually-you forgot to add in the availability time of your items. Say you've ordered three 24-hour items and selected Next Day Air shipping. The items will ship within 24 hours, then arrive on the following business day-two business days total. Also, keep in mind that there is no weekend delivery for Second or Next Day Air.

Shipping When Available versus Shipping Entire Order
If you order more than one item and they have an availability difference greater than 48 hours, you will be given the following options when contacted by email:

  1. Please wait until the entire order is ready before shipping (minimizes shipping cost).

    -or-
  2. Please ship the items I ordered as they become available (at a specified extra shipping cost).

This option is particularly useful if you have ordered items with widely different availabilities, such as a 24-hour item and a 4-to-6 week item. If you would like us not to wait 4 to 6 weeks until your second item arrives, choose the second option above. We will make every effort to send similarly available items together, though we cannot guarantee it.

Please note that we may occasionally send your items in separate boxes even if you choose to wait until all items are available. This will not affect your shipping charge.

International Shipping

We are happy to ship to most international destinations. Unfortunately, some destinations have a high incidence of credit card fraud. We appreciate your patience as we work with you to ensure safe transactions.

We currently ship all international packages via the US Postal Service.

Note: On some items we are able to offer a reduced fee flat rate shipping option. However, this shipping option does not allow for insurance. Thus the customer agrees to assume total responsibility for lost or damaged shipments upon our providing proof of shipment. For more information, please email us at: Customer Service.

Customs and Import Duties Information
You may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the package reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information. Additionally, when ordering from Thats-Impossible.com, you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods.

Customs forms for all international packages list the value of your order's contents by product type. For instance, orders containing Tricks, DVDs, and Books will be listed in a way similar to the following example:
  • Books value: $45.00
  • Tricks value: $ 30.00
  • DVDs value: $29.95
If the order is a gift, the package is marked "Gift," but the cost of the items is still stated on the customs form. Currently, we are not able to describe the contents in any other way.
